The Company

Our client is a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing facility operating to international quality standards, supplying regulated healthcare products to both local and export markets. As the plant continues to scale operations, the organization is strengthening its engineering and technical infrastructure to support reliable, compliant production.

The Position

The Engineering Support Lead will oversee plant engineering activities, ensuring high equipment reliability, utilities performance, and effective maintenance systems within a regulated manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading engineering support across utilities, equipment maintenance, and technical troubleshooting
• Driving preventive maintenance programs to maximize uptime and operational efficiency
• Supporting CAPEX projects, equipment installation, and commissioning activities
• Ensuring engineering practices align with GMP, safety, and compliance requirements

The Person

• Degree or diploma in Engineering or related technical discipline
• Solid experience in pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated manufacturing environments
• Strong knowledge of utilities, equipment maintenance, and reliability systems
• Hands-on leadership style with strong problem-solving capability
