The Company

The Position

The Manufacturing Supervisor will oversee softgel operations, ensuring consistent production performance, quality compliance, and effective team management.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising softgel production activities including encapsulation, drying, and inspection
• Managing production teams to meet productivity, yield, and quality targets
• Ensuring GMP compliance, accurate batch records, and audit readiness
• Supporting process improvements and deviation management

The Person

• Degree or diploma in Pharmacy, Science, or related discipline
• Experience supervising softgel manufacturing in a GMP environment
• Strong knowledge of softgel processes and quality requirements
• Confident people manager with strong operational discipline
