The Company

Our client is a large multinational and a worldwide leader in the supply of cellulose, fibrous and plastic casings and a critical premium quality supplier to the food process industry. It now requires a Printing Supervisor to be based within its production facility in Clark.

The Position

The appointed Printing Supervisor will offer strong knowledge in rotogravure and flexographic printing whilst planning, leading and organising the printing processes for optimum production and quality at minimum cost, energy and waste and in accordance with corporate policies, health and safety regulations. The scope will also include oversight of plate inventory, colour standards and inks and including the timely development of plates according to production schedules.There will be a supplementary requirement to maintain well-documented records pertaining to printing operations, such as production order, drawing authorisations and colour standards.As the company serves the food industry, the printing supervisor will oversee compliance relating to Safety, 5S, hygiene, GMP, Food Safety, halal and ISO in the printing area whilst managing a large team of technicians.

The Person

The ideal candidate will hold an Engineering Degree and a minimum of 5years’ experience secured within the printing industry.

Interested individuals will offer a strong background in Rotogravure and Flexoprinting operations complete with team management experience and further complemented by a strong command of English.
