The Company 

The organisation is a well-established, entrepreneurial and dynamic Private Equity Real Estate platform with an internationally diversified portfolio of assets. In Singapore, it holds a number of prestigious core, core-plus and opportunistic assets. There is an immediate requirement to bolster the Asset Management team.

The Position       

Reporting to a seasoned Director, the appointed individual will initially be tasked with supporting the transformation of a challenging lifestyle-positioned retail asset (pre-terminations, AEI phases, lease-ups and rent reversion exercises) to lift asset P&L in the post-Covid environment whilst closely collaborating with the leasing, marketing, property management and finance teams. The successfully appointed individual will drive performance and generate investment returns to the asset plan whilst also undertaking hold/sell analysis, financial and variance analysis, annual valuation exercises and reporting with respect to asset performance. The position will require strategic input and hands-on direction of the various teams. Concurrently, the appointed individual will also be exposed to other commercial real estate assets.

The Person 

Interested candidates will offer a good Degree (Real Estate, Finance/Economics) from a noted University and around 8-12+/- years of relevant post-graduate experience. This should ideally have been secured within a Developer, REIT or Fund Manager of Retail Mall assets whilst offering current or prior experience as a Retail Mall Centre Manager/GM. As such, you will offering extremely strong exposure to real estate fundamentals (property and lease management, retail operations, asset positioning and AEI) and sound asset P&L management / financial performance analysis including the end-to-end of the asset value creation.  Prior exposure to challenging retail assets will be desirable. The position will suit a confident, outgoing and somewhat tenacious individual with seeking a collegiate, collaborative and empowered team environment.

Depending upon relevant experience, the company will offer an attractive salary of up to $14,000 per month plus bonus.
