The Company

The Integrated Resort is a well-established gaming and hotel resort facility located in SE Asia. Driven by an outstanding and noted CEO with the support of a global capital partner, the property is enjoying particularly strong revenue and bottom-line growth. To further bolster its growth, it now seeks to appoint a senior International Marketing professional.


The Position

Reporting to CEO, the appointed individual will lead and drive the gaming marketing and business development teams located in-country as well as in its regional branch offices whilst driving sales channel development and volume for both junkets and direct premium players. Naturally, this will be underpinned by sound commercial, astute sales negotiation and budget management expertise with an ability to ensure cohesive alignment of player and revenue growth with incentive/loyalty programmes, events and promotions and on-the-ground operations including hosting and customer service.

This is a rare opportunity to closely collaborate with a seasoned CEO of substantial international pedigree and reputation whilst playing a critical leadership role to support its substantial growth.


The Person

The ideal candidate should offer a minimum of 10-15+ years’ experience driving casino gaming marketing including exposure to both junket operator business development and sales negotiation as well as the successful and profitable expansion of direct, in-bound international player volume. Current or prior experience of Asia gaming (Macau, IndoChina, Philippines) is essential, ideally with an ability to build and craft strategy and supporting teams from bottom-up, complemented by an abundance of energy, strong team leadership and commercial acumen as well as the initiative to launch BD projects within the region. Interested individuals may currently hold positions as Director or VP of International Marketing or, feasibly, holding particularly hands-on GM responsibility (including driving gaming marketing and business development) within smaller gaming resorts.

In return, the appointed individual will secure an appropriately attractive annual salary and package expected to be in the region of USD$300-400k+/-.
