With ongoing investments in operational excellence, technology, and quality systems, the organization is positioned for significant growth both domestically and regionally. As part of its continued expansion, the company is seeking an experienced COO/Head of Plant to lead and manage their manufacturing plant, strengthen operational performance and support the next phase of development.

The Position

The Chief Operating Officer will oversee all day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless coordination across manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, engineering, procurement, and quality functions. This is a highly strategic and hands-on leadership role responsible for driving operational efficiency, improving productivity, and implementing scalable systems aligned with the company’s growth plans. The COO will work closely with senior executives to translate strategic objectives into operational action plans while maintaining high regulatory, safety, and compliance standards. Ensuring capacity optimization, process excellence, and on-time delivery performance will be central to the role. The position also requires active engagement with key vendors, external partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution, continuous improvement, and operational resilience.

The Person

​The ideal candidate is a senior operations leader with strong experience in pharmaceuticals, medical manufacturing, healthcare distribution, or other highly regulated industries. He or she must bring robust operational management expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead complex functions in a fast-paced environment. A background in engineering, industrial management, operations management, or a related field is essential, ideally complemented by an MBA or advanced managerial training. The individual should demonstrate proficiency in operational systems, planning, supply chain optimization, and cross-functional leadership, as well as the ability to build high-performing teams and uphold rigorous quality and compliance standards. Strong communication skills, analytical capability, and a continuous improvement mindset are key to success in this role.
