The Company 

The organisation is a well-established, boutique Real Estate fund manager with a diversified portfolio of assets (logistics, office, retail, student accommodation) located across the first-tier APAC markets. As it continues to raise capital for its successful series of opportunistic funds, the platform is looking to bolster the team. This includes the appointment of an Analyst/Senior Analyst or Associate to support investment deal underwriting and asset/portfolio management.

The Position       

Reporting to an experienced Portfolio Manager, whilst closely collaborating with senior acquisition and asset management colleagues, the appointed individual will enjoy a well-rounded role. This will include analysis, underwriting and preparation of Investment Committee memos relating to new investments, analysis & portfolio performance management at asset and fund level as well as participating in property budget and strategy planning processes, the evaluation and due diligence of AEI proposals, annual valuation exercises and preparation of investor reports.

Aside from legacy asset portfolios under management, the position provides exposure to the full fund life-cycle and a healthy deal pipeline for execution.

The Person 

Interested candidates will offer a strong Degree (Real Estate, Finance/Economics with high GPA a must) from a noted University and between 2-4 years of relevant post-graduate experience. Ideally, this should have been secured within a real estate fund/investor complete with strong exposure to financial modelling, due diligence and performance analysis including the end-to-end of asset value creation. The position will suit a confident, outgoing and inquisitive individual seeking a collegiate, collaborative and vibrant team environment.The company will offer a salary in the range of $5k-9k per month relative to experience.
