The Company

As part of its continued expansion within the energy sector, the organization is strengthening leadership across its refining and downstream energy operations to enhance operational performance, supply chain integration, and long-term energy security.

The Position

Key responsibilities include overseeing the overall refinery operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable performance across all processing units. The role manages refinery production planning, throughput optimization, and maintenance programs while driving cost control, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.

The position also supervises fuel-based power generation supporting refinery operations, ensuring stable and efficient energy supply while optimizing power utilization and fuel coordination. Close collaboration with trading, logistics, and terminal teams is required to ensure seamless feedstock procurement and distribution of refined products across the downstream supply chain.

In addition, the role ensures full compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards while implementing operational risk management frameworks. The General Manager will lead refinery teams across production, engineering, maintenance, and safety functions, strengthening operational discipline and fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

The Person

The successful candidate will bring strong operational leadership experience within refinery operations, downstream petroleum processing, or large-scale fuel processing facilities. The individual should have a deep understanding of refinery operations, processing units, and maintenance management, along with experience managing complex operational teams. Exposure to fuel-based power generation supporting industrial operations will be advantageous. The candidate should possess strong operational discipline, safety leadership, and the ability to manage integrated refining operations within a broader energy supply chain environment.
