The Company 

The organisation is an international company enjoying stellar growth across the APAC region whilst maintaining its mission toward real estate fund, investment and development management on behalf of its institutional investors. Having systematically built a first-class, highly cosmopolitan pioneering team, the firm will shortly bolster its Fund Management team with the addition of Fund Analyst/Operations appointments.

The Positions       

Based in Singapore whilst reporting to a Fund Manager, the successfully appointed individuals will enjoy responsibility for the analysis and operation of their appointed fund whilst undertaking portfolio analysis, performance monitoring and reporting. In collaboration with the asset management team, the purpose will be to oversee each growing portfolio, monitor asset/portfolio performance against annual budgets and drive value whilst carefully analysing sell/hold impact underpinned by asset and portfolio-wide recommendations. The appointed individuals will also prepare detailed financial analysis for management and investor reporting.

The People 

Interested candidates will offer a Degree in Real Estate and at least 4+ years’ fund analysis / operations experience. The positions will suit ambitious, highly-driven individuals seeking a collegial, collaborative and empowered team environment.
