Our client is a leading multinational FMCG organization with a large-scale manufacturing and distribution footprint across multiple markets. The company operates complex production facilities supported by extensive logistics networks and integrated planning systems to deliver products efficiently across national and regional markets.

As part of its continued growth and operational transformation, the organization is seeking to strengthen its supply chain leadership to further enhance manufacturing performance, operational efficiency, and supply chain reliability across its operations.

The Position

The Supply Chain Director will hold overall responsibility for leading the end-to-end supply chain organization, ensuring efficient manufacturing operations, strong planning discipline, and effective product distribution across the company’s production and market network.

Reporting directly to senior leadership, the role oversees key sub-functions within the supply chain organization, including Manufacturing, QSE Management (Quality, Safety & Environment), Logistics, Capacity & Supply Planning, and Supply Chain Excellence. The position requires a leader capable of integrating operational execution with strategic planning while ensuring consistent product availability and operational performance.

The role will work closely with commercial, finance, and operations leadership to ensure manufacturing capacity, supply planning, and logistics capabilities are aligned with business demand while maintaining strict quality, safety, and compliance standards across all operations.

The Supply Chain Director will lead manufacturing performance, S&OP processes, demand–supply balancing, and long-term capacity planning while overseeing logistics operations, warehousing, and distribution networks. The role will also drive governance across QSE management and supply chain excellence initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement, operational discipline, and optimal supply chain performance.

The Person

The successful candidate will bring extensive experience leading supply chain and manufacturing operations within large FMCG or consumer goods environments. The individual should have a strong understanding of factory operations, production planning, logistics management, and integrated supply chain systems. Experience managing complex supply chain organizations with multiple sub-functions and leading large operational teams will be essential. The candidate should demonstrate strong operational leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive performance improvements across manufacturing and supply chain operations.
