The Company

The company is the sponsor of a well-established Singapore REIT consisting of an asset portfolio in Singapore and overseas. It is also on the cusp of launching a new Private Fund and which will allow for broader asset acquisitions and expansion into new markets. The intended focus is industrial/logistics and business park assets. As a result of its new initiatives, there will be need to strengthen and enlarge the team including the appointment of an experienced Analyst.

The Position

The appointed individual will report to the CEO and Head of Investment whilst enjoying a role that will support both the Private Fund from its initial inception as well as the existing REIT platform. The role will include new acquisition feasibility studies/modelling, due diligence, IMs and fund-level analysis whilst also monitoring portfolio performance. A secondary role will be the assembly of quarterly and annual reports for investors including the management of queries and development of presentations in conjunction with senior management.

This position offers a superb opportunity for a 2/3 years experienced analyst to develop the next phase of their career, especially at the inception of a new fund and entry to new markets whilst also offering the additional stability of a sister REIT platform. The appointed individual can anticipate professional and personal growth mirroring that of the Private Fund whilst also offering an opportunity to build a local/international transactions record.

The Person 

Interested candidates will offer a good Degree (Real Estate, Finance/Economics) and between 2-3 years of relevant post-graduate experience. Ideally, this should have been secured within a noted real estate fund/REIT platform complete with strong exposure to in-depth financial modelling, due diligence and analysis whilst supporting deal execution and completion. The position will suit a confident, outgoing and inquisitive individual seeking a growth environment.  

In exchange, the company will offer a salary in the region of SG$60 – 80k+/- plus benefits, depending upon experience.
