The Company 
The firm is a fast-growing real estate developer and asset manager with assets across the APAC region. The company has plans for growth in SE Asia and are now looking to hire an Assistant Finance Manager to be part of their growing team.

The Positions     
Reporting and working closely with the Finance Director, the Assistant Finance Manager will need to take on a hands-on approach where he/she will be involved in the full sets of accounts, the audited financial statements, tax matters, and assist in the preparation of the consolidated group results for financial and management reporting. There will be a need to work closely with the Property Manager and Accounting service providers on the monthly closing, prepare management/ statutory reports to stakeholders and prepare variance analysis as well as trend reporting. The Assistant Finance Manager will also need to liaise with external auditors, assist in treasury activities, and be involved in any other ad-hoc assignments.

The Person
To succeed in this role, candidates should have at least 6 years of working experience and an Accountancy Degree with a CPA or CA equivalent. Candidate must have experience in the Real Estate, Property or REIT. You should also have strong analytical skills, a positive attitude, be able to work under tight deadlines and have strong communication skills.  This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organization and a supportive senior management team.
