To achieve this ambition, it seeks the best minds in Myanmar. This includes an immediate need in Yangon to appoint an experienced Assistant Manager for its Charging & Billing platform.


The Position

Reporting to VP, Head of IT Operations, the Assistant Manager of Charging & Billing will be responsible for functional support for postpaid modules and perform planning, migration, project management activities and delivery of billing and charging related projects. Naturally, the appointed individual will be working with various Technology domains, such as IT Infrastructure, Enterprise Architecture, Planning, Operations, Development, Circuit Core, Packet Core and others. There will be a need to ensure the accuracy of charging and billing in B2B and B2C areas. The appointed individual will be working proactively within the organization to obtain an accurate charging and billing. This includes maintenance and enhancement of the Charging and Billing system to capture all the necessary data. 


The Person

Interested candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree in IT or any other related field. This position requires a minimum of 5 years’ experience with Charging & Billing Platform. Familiarity with CRM, OSS and BSS systems is a plus. An in-depth understanding of Charging & Billing System Architecture, Functions, Integration interfaces and Protocols is essential. Candidates are expected to be self-driven, result-oriented, team-player, able to multitask and handle pressure.
