The Company

The platform is a well-established Singapore REIT consisting of a Singapore and overseas asset portfolio. Led by a dynamic C-suite, the REIT has plans for ongoing growth whilst strengthening the team with the intended appointment of an experienced Asset Manager.

 

The Position

Reporting to the Head of Asset Management, the successful individual will undertake end-to-end responsibility including strategies for revenue optimisation, budget preparation and management, ongoing financial stewardship and reporting relating to arrears collection whilst monitoring operations/property management and direct tenant relationship management. The role will include oversight of leasing/marketing including the execution of new lease agreements and renewals whilst reviewing value-add opportunities presented by AEI works (underwritten by appropriate feasibility studies). Naturally, the appointed individual will collaborate closely with the leasing/marketing and property management teams to ensure overall alignment of commercial direction and KPIs. The role will also oversee annual valuation exercises and investment / divestment due diligence studies.

The Person

The ideal candidate will offer either a Degree in Real Estate, Business or Finance whilst, offering a minimum of 5+ years’ sound experience honed in the real estate industry (comprising leasing/property management). Exposure to industrial assets is strongly preferred and complemented by appropriate familiarity with JTC rules/regulations. The successful individual is expected to possess drive, passion and initiative to work autonomously as well as within a supportive team environment.
