The Company

The company is a rapidly growing brewery dedicated to producing high standard products and excellent customer service. The beers are brewed using state-of-the-art equipment providing customers the best quality products in the market. To support its continuous growth and development, they are now looking to appoint an experienced brewer.

The Position

The brewer will oversee the day-to-day operational activities at the brewery and will be responsible for the production of high quality beers while being in charge of the entire process from grain-to-glass. The brewer will also ensure that proper records are maintained for all operations, ensure that all sanitary and safety procedures are maintained and will oversee equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. The brewer will work with the local team and provide training on beer serving, basic draft maintenance and explaining beers to customers. The role also encompasses representing the brand at events and workshops.

The Person

Interested candidates must have a certificate or a qualification in brewing activities. Ideally the candidate already had sensory training & certifications (Cicerone, BJCP) in beer tasting. This position requires at least 5 years’ experience in brewing / home brewing activities.
