As part of the expansion plans for their Human Resources team, a new role has been created, and they are now seeking a Compensation & Benefits Assistant Manager to be part of their growing team.



The Position

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the C&B Assistant Manager will provide assistance to group-wide C&B projects, this will include job evaluation, benefits and policies review. Naturally, there will be a need to update the C&B policies regularly, benefits administration and WICA claims administration as well as maintain the C&B programmes and processes. The C&B Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing external payroll vendors to ensure the monthly payroll payments and year-end income tax reporting are done in a timely, accurate manner that is in compliance with statutory requirements. There is also a need to handle other employee life cycle matters such as preparation of employment letters, confirmation letter and employment verification letters.  



The Person

Interested candidates will have a degree with at least 3 years of experience in Human Resource and a familiarity with Compensation and Benefit as part of their work. To excel in this role, candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills as there will be the opportunity to work with colleagues in various overseas locations. Candidates should be a team player, positive, self-motivated with the ability to work in a highly dynamic
