This includes a broadening of its’ investment and asset portfolio (c$3bn AUM), diversified geographical reach across the GCC and European regions and an extremely strong commitment to business transformation to improve and drive company-wide performance and value. The company is hiring multiple senior executives across many core functions. This includes a proposed HK-based Sales Director appointment for its real estate portfolio.


The Position

Based in HK whilst reporting to a Group VP for Sales, the appointed Sales Director will be tasked with the successful sales and marketing of fabulous multi-million-dollar premium-branded residences across its portfolio of UAE- and UK-based development projects. The role will include motivating a team of internal and agents/brokers, aggressively driving KPIs to meet client prospecting and quarterly sales revenue targets whilst continuously building a pipeline of HNW/UHNW clients complete with ongoing relationship management.


This is an outstanding opportunity for a HK-based, internationally experienced, Property Sales professional to successfully position, pitch and complete the sales of a highly prestigious premium quality, premium priced projects.


The Person

Interested candidates will possess relevant international experience driving international luxury residential real estate sales whilst offering a very strong existing portfolio of UHNW clientele and a network of agents within Hong Kong. This will include demonstrable success in leading and completing the sale of luxury, high-spec residences underpinned by product knowledge and an innate appreciation for key competencies required of sales agents/brokers. Interested individuals should offer first-class English/Chinese language communications, sales negotiation and customer service skills plus demonstrable experience managing real estate channel sales.


The company will offer a salary of around HK$1m-1.2m plus incentives.
