The Company

The Integrated Resort is a well-established gaming and hotel resort facility located in SE Asia enjoying particularly strong revenue and bottom-line growth. Led by a noted CEO, and bolstered by the support of an equally credible international Board, substantial plans for expansion are afoot complete with capital investment to enhance gaming, non-gaming and infrastructure components. As a result, it now seeks a seasoned Finance Director (Gaming) to oversee ongoing transformation of the Gaming finance team whilst driving appropriate project-based finance initiatives.

The Position

Reporting to the CFO and the CEO, the appointed individual will have a superb opportunity to execute the strategic vision for growth of the Integrated Resort supported by resort expansion and upward visitor volume. This will include ongoing growth of market share, gaming volume and revenue whilst delivering positive P&L. Such growth will require a positive upgrading of the gaming finance team, systems, processes and financial stewardship of all gaming operations to improve margin. This will include oversight of player and junket gaming credit facilities whilst fully-participating as a member of the Credit Committee.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a suitably experienced Gaming Finance Director to play a pivotal, highly-influential role within an Integrated Resort that is planning a phenomenal phase of growth.

The Person

The ideal candidate should be an Accounting Degree-qualified, Chartered Accountant offering at least 15 years of experience with at least 5+ years gained in Asia within the gaming finance function including managing credit. To succeed in this role, the Finance Director must be driven, energetic and have a passion to work in an emerging market. The appointed individual can expect an attractive salary and package consisting of accommodation, transportation and home trips.
