Reporting to and working closely with the Head of Human Resources, the Head of Culture will spearhead the development and implementation of Industrial Relations strategies. The Head of Culture will ensure these strategies align seamlessly with the company’s Human Rights, Workplace Rights, and Labour Relations policies. The incumbent will be tasked with fostering progressive labour relations, promoting optimal employee health, and nurturing high levels of employee engagement.
To succeed in this role, candidates should have a degree coupled with at least 8 years of International Labour Relations, Employee Relations, Diversity & Inclusion preferably within the FMCG industry. Successful candidates with exhibit strong communication and analytical skills, adept problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record to effective leadership.
