The organisation is a growing multi-asset private investment firm with strong growth plans for 2023. Its dynamic management team has forged a lively, highly entrepreneurial culture that actively encourages idea and product generation and empowerment to deliver results. As it enters its next phase of growth, it now plans to bolster the team with the proposed appointment of a Human Resources Manager.
Based in Singapore, whilst reporting to, and collaborating closely with the Head of Human Resources, the appointed individual will act as a visible brand ambassador for the company whilst focused toward building a high-performing team. The appointed individual will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment processes including partnering with the business to determine planned hiring/talent requirements, execution of sourcing strategies, identifying and qualifying appropriate appointees via interview and assessment tools and subsequent onboarding. Naturally, there will be a need to track hiring performance matrices whilst managing associated documentation and record-keeping whilst aiming to achieve rewarding outcomes and experiences for internal stakeholders and external talent.
Interested candidates are expected to offer a Degree and supporting HR accreditations, complete with at least six years of the full recruitment life-cycle underpinned by knowledge of fair employment practices and manpower regulations / statutory requirements. Prospective, highly self-motivated candidates must have prior experience of working in a Fund Management / Private Equity / Real Estate / Investment Banking environment whilst offering strong interpersonal skills complete with an ability to influence and sustain the recruitment needs of the company.
