The Company 

This is a first-class opportunity to join a Singapore REIT Manager that enjoys substantial scale whilst benefitting from a strong Sponsor and a first-class, international management team. The platform looks set to continue its growth whilst its robust asset portfolio is well-positioned to capitalise on new economy trends. It now wishes to appoint an experienced professional to manage Investor Relations and Sustainability reporting in line with Net Zero objectives.

The Position 

Reporting to the Head of IR, the appointed individual will manage the full repertoire of ‘vanilla’ IR responsibilities consisting of investor outreach, financial reporting, preparation and co-ordination of international roadshows and investor meetings, media/social media and PR communications as well as managing analyst briefings, Q&A and performance queries. Of growing importance is the need to manage and report REIT and portfolio sustainability policy and performance, an aspect of the position that may offer significant attraction given the mentorship and training that will be provided. The appointed individual will be encouraged to build deep knowledge of the sustainability targets and regulatory expectations governing the portfolio, extensively collaborate with the international portfolio management team and the need to maintain awareness of associated trends, international benchmarks and internal ESG scorecards complete with annual submissions. The latter will include the drafting and presentation of an annual report complete with forward-looking action plans to drive continuous improvement.

The Person 

Interested candidates will offer a good Degree and around 5-7 years’ relevant experience gained within a REIT, financial PR services firm and/or an IB analyst seeking an in-house role within Investor Relations. In particular, the firm is keen to secure an individual with a strong interest in ESG/Sustainability (with some ready-made experience and/or a desire to learn and develop this expertise). Naturally, the appointed individual will offer sound financial literacy and analytical skills and well-equipped written skills for effective external communications and report-writing. Some functional exposure to marketing, communications and social media management will be desirable.

In return, the company will offer a salary of circa $85-120k per annum, plus bonus.
