• Asset & Platform-level Investments - Data Centres

• Salary: cSGD$100-110k+/- per annum + Bonus 

The Company 

The organisation, a subsidiary of a Singapore-listed conglomerate, is a dynamic investor and operator of Data Centre assets boasting a fast-growing international portfolio extending across Asia Pacific and now complemented by attention toward EMEA. Enjoying substantial support by a noted Capital partner, the firm is firmly committed to organic and acquisitive asset- and platform-level growth. The firm now wishes to appoint a Manager/Senior Manager to support its strategic expansion.

The Position

Located in Singapore, whilst reporting to the Head of Strategy, the appointed individual will operate within a small team to drive international expansion across APAC and Europe. This may include the evaluation of strategic platform-level DC acquisitions (for geographic penetration and for new product development) across the digital infrastructure sector as well as potential partner / JV development, land acquisitions and similar. The scope will comprise strategic analysis of market, competitor and sector trends and the identification of new market entry opportunities, full deal life-cycle including financial feasibility studies and due diligence process through to structuring, deal execution and post-M&A integration and performance monitoring. Naturally, macro trends, deal analysis and recommendations will be presented to senior management and BOD for approval.

The Person 

Interested candidates are expected to offer a Degree in Finance, Business Administration or Real Estate ideally supported by a commitment toward CFA completion and around 1-3 years’ relevant experience secured within an Investment Banking M&A team. Preferably you will have supported real estate, infrastructure or renewables deals including 2-3 completed transactions. Prior exposure to Data Centres is desirable although general real estate and/or digital infrastructure experience will be equally considered. Interested candidates should offer exceptional strategic-thinking, well-honed financial modelling and equally strong verbal and written communication skills.
