The Position

The Marketing Manager will provide support to their portfolio of properties around SEA by driving and maintaining occupancy. Naturally there will be a need to drive campaign management, collateral development, advertising, signage, website and coordinate events as well as communicate the results of the campaigns to ensure continuously improve of the initiatives and effectiveness. The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders to role out key branding, marketing initiatives, collaterals, and marketing tools. In addition, there will be the need to develop and track the marketing expenses to ensure it is within budget. The Marketing Manager will need to work closely with external suppliers including agencies and ensure that all the collateral meets with the brand guidelines.

The Person

To succeed in this role, candidates should have at least 8 years of marketing experience ideally within the real estate sector. Candidates must have excellent written/verbal communication skills, creative, a team player, and a strong customer centric mindset.
