The Company

The platform is a sponsor of a well-established Singapore REIT consisting of an asset portfolio in Singapore and overseas. It is also on the cusp of launching a new Private Fund and which will allow for broader asset acquisitions and expansion into new markets focused toward industrial/logistics and business park assets. As a result of its new initiatives, there will be need to strengthen the team including the appointment of an experienced Portfolio Manager for the REIT.

The Position

The appointed individual will report to the CEO whilst governing the direction of the asset management/property management team (on behalf of the REIT) and overseeing all aspects of the portfolio – from business planning and budgets, OPEX/CAPEX expenditures and ensuring appropriate execution of leasing, facility management and development. Critically, the role will perform asset and portfolio-level modelling/consolidation and reporting & benchmarking to drive performance whilst undertaking a project to establish new systems including process automation.

The Person

Interested candidates will offer a good Degree (Real Estate, Finance/Economics) and around 7-10 years of relevant post-graduate experience gained within asset, fund or portfolio management. The successfully-appointed individual will offer strong financial modelling, analysis and reporting experience complemented by solid asset management exposure. The position will suit a confident, outgoing and inquisitive individual seeking a growth environment.  

In exchange, the company will offer a salary in the region of SG$95,000 – 120,000 plus bonus.
