• Integrated Investor/Developer of Real Estate & Renewables

• Location: Singapore with APAC Coverage

• Salary: c$100k-120k p.a.

The Company 

An exceptional, dynamic Group supported of an array of institutional investors as well as top-tier corporate customers for its flagship real estate business. Despite current macro headwinds, it continues to enjoy strong growth. This includes its vertically integrated Renewables venture and which enjoys a mandate to develop APAC-wide investment, engineering and project execution across the full spectrum of renewables technologies. There is a current need to bolster the team with the appointment of an investment professional.

The Position

Reporting to the CEO, the appointed individual will support the full investment life-cycle including market research, asset-level and corporate finance/M&A deal underwriting and financial analysis whilst supporting equity and debt capital-raising. Naturally, this will include the development of Investment Memos and investor/lender pitchbooks and project and performance monitoring of the growing portfolio.

The Person 

Interested candidates will offer relevant Degrees (Finance/Business/Economics) and around 5-8 years’ experience supporting power/renewables investment transactions. This will preferably have been gained within a renewables power company or renewables-focused PE platform. Interested prospects should offer sound financial modelling acumen relating to solar, wind, EV or green hydrogen projects whilst offering some exposure to debt/equity capital-raising. The role will suit a confident, outspoken and self-motivated individual with a balanced blend of high IQ/EQ.
