An employer of choice, the company is committed to developing local talent whilst positively impacting the countries in which it operates. With a strong leadership team in Myanmar they are now looking for an experienced Senior Finance BP Manager (Supply Chain) as part of a succession plan to continue to grow the business in Myanmar.

The Position
Reporting to and working closely with the Head of Finance, the Senior Finance BP Manager (Supply Chain) will serve as a finance business partner of the business units through efficient cost & savings governance and driving the data with analytics. The successful individual will be involved in product cost forecasting and budget controls, P&L and supply chain saving governance to meet the business targets. There will also be a need to identify operational efficiencies, process improvement and strategically support supply chain stakeholders.

The Person

The ideal candidate should have an Accountancy or Finance Degree with 5 years of relevant experience. As the role will be based in Myanmar, my client welcomes candidates who are Burmese with international working experience that are interested in returning to Myanmar. Candidates with strong communication and analytical skills, problem solving abilities and a strong track record of leading a team.
