The Company 
The firm is a fast-growing real estate developer and asset manager with assets across the APAC region. The company has plans for growth in SE Asia and are now looking to hire an Finance Manager to be part of their growing team.

The Positions     
Reporting and working closely with the Finance Director, the Finance Manager will be involved in reviewing the full sets of accounts, the Audited Financial Statement, tax matter, corporate secretarial matter for their local and overseas companies. The Finance Manager will review the management and statutory reports for reporting of financial results to various stakeholders, variance analysis and trend reporting. There will be a need to review the consolidated group results for financial and management reporting, review the work that is prepared by the accountants, as well as all payment and receipts. The Finance Manager will also be responsible for the preparation/ review of the corporate tax, liasing with the external and internal auditors as well as the monitoring of cash flow and treasury duties.

The Person
To succeed in this role, candidates should have at least 8 years of working experience and an Accountancy Degree with a CPA or CA equivalent. Candidate must have experience in the Real Estate, Property or REIT. You should also have strong analytical skills, a positive attitude, be able to work under tight deadlines and have strong communication skills.  This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organization and a supportive senior management team.
