The Company 

The organisation is a noted multi-sector, vertically-integrated Group comprising various Public and Private Market real estate ventures. This includes significant investment focus toward new economy assets including Data Centres. To support ongoing growth, it now seeks the appointment of a VP for Investment to support international DC asset acquisitions.

The Positions

Located in Singapore, whilst reporting to the Head of Investment, the appointed individual will enjoy a broad, international remit to identify, evaluate and secure new Data Centre assets with the objective of growing the portfolio AUM. Naturally, the position will entail full-life cycle origination, commercial and technical due diligence, structuring and transaction execution supported by Investment Memo preparation/presentation and final due diligence processes.

For individuals with a strong interest and belief in the underlying DC investment thesis, this is a super opportunity to join a market-leader offering scale and financial muscle. It suits a mid-level professional leveraging current/prior DC experience or those with transferable real estate investment exposure seeking to pivot to the sector.

The People 

Interested candidates are expected to offer a Degree in Finance, Business or Real Estate and around 10 years’ relevant experience secured within real estate or infrastructure investment and asset management. Whilst prior DC investment and knowledge of DC design/operations would be attractive, this is not an essential requirement. Conversely, a track record of successful local and international real estate acquisitions underpinned by strong financial modelling, structuring, terms negotiation and presentation skills is essential.
