The Company

The company is an SGX listed REIT with strong growth potential and has previously won multiple awards. They are now looking for an Accountant to be part of their finance team.

The Position

Reporting and working closely with the Finance Manager, the Accountant will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, financial control, accounting and reporting functions. The successful incumbent will be involved with the preparation and reviewing of financial and management reports and monitoring of the cash flows. There will also be a need to be involved in ad-hoc duties.

The Person

To succeed in this role, candidates should have at least 3 years of working experience and an Accountancy Degree. Candidate with prior experience from a Property/ Real Estate / SGX company will have an added advantage. You should also have strong analytical skills, a positive attitude and be able to work under tight deadlines.
