The Company 

This is a superb opportunity to join an exceptional international Group that has enjoyed stellar growth across APAC in recent years whilst driving investment and/or development of industrial & logistics assets on behalf of its institutional investors. It has built a regional portfolio in excess of US$12bn and its growth continues apace throughout 2022 and beyond. In Singapore, there is a need to further bolster its Acquisition transactions team whilst deploying capital across Singapore and SE Asia as it builds its logistics and forthcoming data centre portfolio.

The Position

The appointed individual will play a very active role supporting new investment transactions that will include deal analysis, in-depth underwriting, modelling and financial analysis whilst preparing appropriate investment memos.  Investments are likely to include greenfield development built-to-suit, spec-build or brownfield re-development projects as well as asset acquisitions.

The Person 

Interested candidates will offer a good Degree (Real Estate, Finance/Economics) and between 2-4 years of relevant post-graduate experience. Ideally, this should have been secured within a noted international real estate fund/investor complete with strong exposure to in-depth financial modelling, due diligence and analysis whilst supporting the completion process. The position will suit a confident, outgoing and inquisitive individual seeking a collegiate and vibrant team environment.  In particular, interested individuals will desire the opportunity to build a compelling deal sheet whilst gaining in-depth exposure to logistics and, in time, DC assets.

In exchange, the company will offer a salary in the region of SG$60 – 90k per annum plus benefits, depending upon experience.
