The Company

This is a superb, pioneering opportunity to join an exceptional international Group that has enjoyed stellar growth across APAC in recent years whilst driving investment and/or development of industrial & logistics assets on behalf of its institutional investors. It has built a regional portfolio in excess of US$12bn and its growth will continue apace throughout 2022 and beyond. In Singapore, there is a need to bolster the Fund Management team to support ongoing AUM growth underpinned by capital deployment for new acquisitions.

The Position

Reporting to a seasoned Real Estate Fund Manager, the successfully appointed individual will take fund-level responsibility for new and portfolio investments in Singapore principally relating to logistics/industrial assets. The appointed individual will prepare pre-acquisition financial models relating to IRR/NPV forecasts and ensuing impact analysis upon fund performance as well as the deal structures that will drive returns to capital partners. The Analyst will play a secondary role to oversee and complete deal due diligence and execution as well as ongoing portfolio monitoring, buy/sell/hold analysis and investor reporting.

The Person

Interested candidates will offer a good Degree (Real Estate, Engineering, Maths, Economics or Finance) and around 4-5 years relevant post-graduate experience including advanced Excel financial modelling capability complemented by investment experience secured within a Private Fund environment. A CPA accreditation will be advantageous but not essential. The position will suit an ambitious, analytical individual with an upbeat, enthusiastic personality seeking their first career move within a high-growth, empowered team environment complete with a desire for ongoing coaching/mentoring for professional development.
