The Position

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Portfolio Manager or a real estate asset management professional possessing strong financial analysis acumen to transition into a portfolio management position. Moreover, it represents an opportunity to join a major investment platform and support its impressive, ongoing growth-story.

The Person

Interested candidates will offer a Degree in Real Estate/Finance/Economics whilst offering around 8-10+ years appropriate experience and track record secured within the real estate and/or investment banking sector and with sound exposure to the APAC markets. The appointed individual will be collaborative yet able to work independently whilst offering a combination of strong analytical skills, current or prior asset management experience as well as a strong ability to manage and influence internal stakeholders.
