The Company 

A first-class opportunity to join a well-respected global real estate investor, very active across the Asia markets and with a very strong capital allocation. It presently wishes to appoint a suitably experienced CEO to drive its ‘new economy’ business.

The Position       

Based in Singapore, whilst primarily covering the developed markets of Asia (SG, Australia, Japan and Korea), the appointed individual will enjoy an exciting cradle-to-grave position to steer existing portfolio platforms whilst identifying and securing new platform-level opportunities for growth within what may be broadly described as the ‘new economy’ sector. This will require appropriate commercial private markets real estate acumen relating to investment (deals) and fund management whilst seeking opportunities to create synergy and optimised returns across the various entities.

The Person 

Interested candidates will offer a good Degree in Real Estate/Finance/Economics and around 20 years’ real estate investment and fund management experience most probably secured within IB and PERE environments. Offering strategic acumen, a sound appreciation for ‘new economy’ assets and current/prior exposure to the pan-Asian markets, the appointed individual will offer strong institutional credentials matched by appropriate entrepreneurial drive and energy.
