It now seeks an experienced Employee Benefits Analyst to ensure effectiveness of HR programs, international standard Benefits in particular.
The appointed individual will be part of the HR Department ensuring high quality support to employees. You will evaluate effectiveness of global benefit policies and programs, proposing improvements to top management. A consultative relationship with external agencies or other companies relative to data development and exchange of information to develop comparative background information is essential.
Program analysis and comprehensive benefit studies include research in Pension and Savings Plans, Medical, Disability, Life and other relevant benefits.

This position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of experience in benefits analysis, with 5-7 years of experience focused on US or international benefit programs.
You will have strong system orientation experience and thorough knowledge in benefit strategy, administration and compliance.
