The company is a debt management company based in Singapore and other SEA countries. They are a trusted restructuring partner to banks and financial institutions in Asia. As part of continued growth, the company is now looking to appoint an experienced IT Manager to manage their overall IT requirements including management of hardware, software, applications and provide technical support.
The appointed individual will be responsible for the secure and effective operation of all computer systems, network devices, servers, related applications, hardware and software that is used in the organization. This includes management of CCTV system, troubleshooting of technical issues, including account setup and network configuration, ensuring all backups are completed successfully and data is secured. The IT Manager will also be responsible for providing user training, support, advisory and feedback. He/She is expected to liaise with the clients’ representatives, external auditors during audits and external IT vendors as needed.
Interested candidates should offer a Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field and proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Helpdesk Technician or similar role. Interested candidates must have hands-on experience with Firewalls/Switches and good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products. Familiarity with Fortigate & Palo Alto Firewall is a plus. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are also necessary for this role.
