Noted for the development industrial & logistics assets and recent pivoting into data centers and renewables, the firm is bolstered by exceptional capital partners which continue to support regional portfolio growth. The company has developed rapidly over the years and has undergone a major acquisition last year. In line with this, the management has identified several key initiatives to create new business value through IT in 2022. To support this agenda, there is now an immediate need to appoint a seasoned IT Manager with relevant experience in Business Process management.

The Position

Based in Singapore, the IT Manager is expected to execute the company’s Data Strategy and formulate a target business application technology architecture for the group. This includes the implementation of Property Management System in the key markets and introduction Business Intelligence capability to the business. Naturally, he/she will be responsible for understanding business processes, identifying and creating detailed Business Requirements which can be effectively communicated and understood by IT and business stakeholders. There is also a need to perform feasibility analysis, provide help to define project scope, and work with the vendors to prioritize deliverables, and negotiate on product functionalities. The appointed individual will also manage relationships with business users and with outsourced application and infrastructure vendors.

The Person

Interested candidates must have a Degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent. 7+ years of experience in Real Estate industry is essential for this role. Experience with Property Management System and Data Analytics is also a must. The successful candidate is expected to have strong analytical, problem solving and trouble shooting skills, with strong attention to detail. Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills would also be important since this position deals with both internal and external stakeholders.
