The organisation is a global logistics and technology-driven enterprise operating a next-generation, stablecoin-enabled payments platform in partnership with licensed financial service providers. Leveraging its extensive international network, the company enables faster, more secure, and cost-efficient cross-border transactions for corporate clients. With ongoing investments in digital infrastructure, regulatory alignment, and multi-geography service models, the business is strengthening its operational excellence and scaling its payments capabilities globally. As part of this growth, the company is seeking an Operations Analyst to support documentation workflows, customer servicing, and operational performance across regions.

The Position

The Operations Analyst will manage core day-to-day activities across onboarding documentation, transaction servicing, and customer support. Serving as a critical operational bridge between corporate customers, internal product/technology teams, and external financial service partners, the role ensures timely resolution of queries, accuracy of documentation, and adherence to regional regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include handling escalated cases from frontline support teams, tracking open tickets, collecting and updating customer documentation, and providing first-contact resolutions for transaction, account-access, and platform-related issues. The role also requires generating daily operational and customer service reports, analysing performance trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify workflow improvements. Operating across multiple geographies, the Analyst must execute with urgency, maintain complete audit-ready records, and ensure service consistency in a fast-evolving payments environment.

The Person

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of experience in financial services, payments, fintech, or customer onboarding operations. A bachelor’s degree is required, along with strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. The individual must possess a clear understanding of KYC/KYB requirements, AML concepts, and payment operations, with the ability to identify high-risk cases requiring escalation.

Success in this role requires meticulous attention to detail, comfort with operational tools and analytics platforms, and the ability to navigate multi-tasking environments with shifting priorities. The candidate should demonstrate empathy, customer-centricity, and the capability to work collaboratively across internal teams and external partners. Strong interpersonal skills, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to deliver consistent, timely resolutions are essential.
