The Company

An excellent opportunity to join an exceptional international Group that has enjoyed stellar growth across APAC in recent years whilst building a regional portfolio in excess of US$12bn. Its growth will continue throughout 2022 and beyond supported by significant ‘dry powder’. In Singapore, it is looking to appoint 1-2 experienced Acquisitions professionals to deploy capital in logistics and data centre assets with an initial focus toward Singapore before anticipated role expansion for SE Asia.  

The Position

Reporting to the Head of Transactions and supported by a couple of analysts, the appointed individuals will actively undertake full life-cycle investment transactions that will include origination, deal analysis, underwriting, deal structuring and execution to successful completion and handover to asset management.  Investments are likely to include greenfield development built-to-suit, spec-build or brownfield re-development projects as well as asset acquisitions. Necessarily, there will be a need to build and manage key external relationships (brokers, bankers, asset owners) whilst closely collaborating with internal stakeholders (fund management, finance, legal, development).

With extensive dry powder and focus upon logistics & data centre assets, the positions offer a super opportunity to build a formidable investment track record.

The Person

Interested candidates will offer a good Degree (Real Estate, Finance/Economics) and between 5-8 years of relevant post-graduate experience. Experience will have been secured within a noted international real estate fund/investor complete with strong exposure to origination, in-depth financial modelling, deal due diligence and completion. Interested candidates should demonstrate a strong record of completed investments across ANY real estate asset type. The position will suit a confident, outgoing and inquisitive individual seeking a collegiate, collaborative and vibrant team environment.

In exchange, the company will offer a competitive salary in the region of SG$90,000 – 115,000+/- plus bonus (to 6 months), depending upon experience.
