This is a superb opportunity to join an exceptional international Group that has enjoyed stellar growth across APAC in recent years whilst driving investment and development of real estate assets on behalf of its institutional investors. It has built a regional portfolio in excess of US$12bn and its growth will continue apace throughout 2022 and beyond. In Vietnam, aside from supporting existing assets, there is a need to appoint a Senior Leasing Manager in anticipation of portfolio growth via asset acquisitions and new project development.
The successful individual will play a senior-level role whilst undertaking end-to-end lease management duties including tenant sourcing (‘hunting’), the presentation of prospective spaces and rental/terms negotiation. The overall objective will be to optimise portfolio occupancy whilst concurrently seeking to raise financial performance aligned to core investment considerations. There will be a requirement to build relationships with external property agents as well as corporate counterparts within prospective international tenants, in order to broaden exposure to the portfolio. Naturally, the appointed individual will also oversee day-to-day lease administration, reference and credit checks whilst building tenant relationships.

The ideal candidate will offer either a Diploma/Degree in Real Estate or Marketing whilst, ideally, offering a minimum of 6+ years’ sound experience honed in commercial leasing. Exposure to industrial assets would be ideal complemented by well-rounded experience gained in both agency and developer environments. The successful individual is expected to possess drive, passion and self-initiative whilst working collaboratively within a supportive team environment. The customer-facing nature of the position demands a strong orientation towards business development (‘hunter’ mind-set) and service excellence.
In exchange, the company will offer a salary in the region of USD$4-5k per month plus bonus, depending upon experience.
