To achieve this ambition, it seeks the best minds in Myanmar. This includes an immediate need in Yangon to appoint an experienced Senior Manager for its Charging & Billing platform.

The Position

Reporting to the SVP/Head of IT Operations, the Head of Charging & Billing will be responsible for IT Operation Management and Project Management for both the Convergent Billing and Voucher Management Platforms within the IT Department. This is a hands-on position which involves resolving escalated issues as well as being the technical point of contact for the customer in BSS projects. Naturally, the appointed individual will be working with various Technology domains, such as IT Infrastructure, Enterprise Architecture, Planning, Operations, Development, Circuit Core, Packet Core and others. There will be a need to ensure 100% availability and integrity of the Charging & Billing Platform including Applications, Database, Server, Network and Storage. Additionally, the appointed individual will manage multiple technology vendors in IT Operations, IT Service Management and Project Deliveries. This includes monitoring their technical performance against defined Service Level Agreements.

The Person

Interested candidates must have Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Engineering or any other related field. This position requires a minimum of 5 years’ experience with Prepaid/Postpaid Charging & Billing Platform preferably with hands-on experience. Familiarity with CRM, OSS and BSS systems is a plus. An in-depth understanding of Charging & Billing System Architecture, Functions, Integration interfaces and Protocols is essential. Candidates are expected to be self-driven, result-oriented, team-player, able to multi-task and handle pressure.

Note: whilst the company has a strong preference for local/repatriate Myanmar nationals, appropriately experienced expatriates will also be considered.
