To support their next phase of growth they are now looking for a Strategy Lead to join their team in Myanmar.

The Position

Reporting directly to the Group CEO, the Strategy Lead will act as business expert, making decisions that will impact the current and future operations of the company. The appointed individual will be responsible for creating feasible and profitable long-term plan that meet the company’s long terms goals. Naturally, he/she will be making strategic and future proofing recommendation for new and existing market expansion, cost saving synergy whilst undertaking in depth market insights analysis and detail business feasibility when required. The Strategy Lead will work on strategic and tactical issues facing group business and will develop the business development and planning capabilities across the organization. Lastly, the chosen candidate will lead the management of strategic reviews, planning processes, org reporting and impact analysis in the Group.

The Person

The ideal candidate should have a Degree in Business, Finance and Management or similar. The candidate should be a strategic thinker and an effective communicator with strong business acumen and vast industry knowledge. In addition, he/she must have proven experience in setting strategic direction and being accountable for the result of a business entity or a business division. Strong Leadership and organizational abilities as well as Problem- solving aptitude are also essential for this role. Extensive industry knowledge and a demonstrated work history with technology led business will be a plus.
