The Company

The company is a multinational company that is recognized as a producer and supplier of engineered metals and chemical products. With a strong workforce of 200+ employees in the Philippines, the company continues to grow and engage in multiple projects. In line with this, they are now looking to hire a Facilities Project Manager to develop and implement long term facilities project plans incorporating the long-term business plan in a cost-effective manner.

The Position

The Facilities Project Manager will be primarily responsible for contractor management. The appointed individual will interact with internal customers to define requirements and scope of job orders issued. He/She will lead in the development of costs structures, job schedules, and progress monitoring for construction and renovation jobs under JOs. This includes directing and coordinating the efforts of any third-party contractor and ensure compliance with site/company rules, including EHS protocol.

The Facilities Project Manager is responsible for developing and implementing an effective Preventive Maintenance plan for all equipment and machineries for E2 Plant and the rest of business. He/She will establish maintenance programs, procedures, schedules, audits and record keeping for maintenance and repair of facility related equipment.

The Person

Interested candidates must have an Engineering Degree (Civil, Mechanical, Chemical or related). Ideally 10 years of chemical or process manufacturing or engineering design experience and at least 7 years in Projects and Engineering management and Equipment Maintenance Management experience. In-depth knowledge and experience in TPM, Project Management, Lean Manufacturing and other SPC and Problem-solving tools and techniques are also essential. Experience in managing upwards and laterally throughout a business organization and working within a multi-national organization is considered a plus. He/She must have a good understanding of overall business and a strong contributor to operating the entire business to achieve a leadership position in each market served by the company.
