The Company

The company specializes in providing key components and parts to smart manufacturing and industry automation sector. They Integrate R&D, production, sales, and service. Their products are widely used in automotive, medical, 3C, food, solar energy, semiconductor, packaging and other industries. They are headquartered in China with registered capital of 30 million RMB, having around 8,800 square meters factory space and more than 200 R&D personnel plus over 400 employees. The business in Vietnam is now rapidly expanding and has multiple key hires including a Project Manager to assist the business to accomplish their project tasks and coordinate the need of the customers.

The Position 

The Project Manager will manage the project launch and internal assembly such as purchasing schedule control, after sale task coordination, commissioning task coordination, project acceptance and check of BOM and cost of the project. The projects involve process control departments within the company communication, including the material plan, purchasing, engineering, customer related personnel, internal assembly and after-sales service. The Project Manager needs to complete each problem carefully and report to the upper management if any issue arises.

The Person 

Interested candidates should offer a relevant Bachelor’s Degree. Project management experience in non-standard industry, engineering background and PMP certificate is preferred. Interested candidates must be able to undertake project tasks independently, hard worker, problem solver with strong ability to work under pressure.
