The Company

The company is a vertically integrated developer and Private Equity investment platform with a $3bn AUM portfolio of developed and acquired assets across a number of first-tier regional markets whilst additional growth is planned over the next few years. It is now seeking to strengthen its property management capability with the appointment of an experienced Property Management Executive to oversee facility management within its Singapore portfolio.

The Position 

Reporting to the Senior Facility Manager, the successfully appointed individual will take responsibility for the management and ongoing maintenance of all commercial and residential properties under the Group portfolio, including recent TOP projects under the defect liability period, whilst leading a team of technicians to provide support relating to the suite of M&E-related facilities. The role will require the planning and delivery of hard and soft facility services including site compliance for EHS regulations, water/electrical and other critical systems and the oversight of fitting-out works and similar whilst also supervising external vendors.

The Person 

Interested candidates will ideally offer a Degree or Diploma in M&E, Building Services or Real Estate whilst offering around 5+ years’ facility management experience gained within a developer or property services firm. Interested candidates must be conversant of local building maintenance and strata management regulations and competent with respect to building management systems (BMS). As the environment is particularly fast-paced, interested candidates must be self-motivated, well-organised and versatile whilst offering excellent interpersonal skills.
