Based in Vietnam (3 years contract)
The company specializes in providing key components and parts to smart manufacturing and industry automation sector. They Integrate R&D, production, sales, and service. Their products are widely used in automotive, medical, 3C, food, solar energy, semiconductor, packaging and other industries. They are headquartered in China with registered capital of 30 million RMB, having around 8,800 square meters factory space and more than 200 R&D personnel plus over 400 employees. The business in Vietnam is now rapidly expanding and has multiple key hires including a Regional Head of the Strategic Account Department.
The Regional Head will be responsible for overseas sales and market development of the company's products, exploring the Vietnam market (customer types: 3C consumer electronics, new energy, semiconductor industry, etc.) and completing sales tasks. The appointed individual will be involved in the development and maintenance of key customers; participate in reviewing quotation, contract negotiation and signing. He/She will be responsible for Vietnam strategic key account sales work and manage the country’s regional FAE, PM, AE etc.
Interested candidates should offer a Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field and with at least 5 years’ experience in sales, project management or engineering design. The candidate must have good communication and coordination skills, have analysis and negotiation skills and can flexibly handle the relationship with customers. Good command of Chinese (spoken and written) is also required. Ideally someone with experience in Vietnam Sales/Supplier/Engineering space and automatic/non-standard automatic equipment industry background.
This opportunity is open to Vietnamese or Chinese living in Vietnam or Chinese intending to develop a career in Vietnam (able to commit for at least 3 years).
